Basement depths of 57.0 and 17.0 mbsf were used for Holes U1363B and U1363G, respectively (Expedition 327 Scientists, 2011b). Total DNA recovered from control was 5.2 ng. Most of Core 327-U1363G-3H is flow-in (Expedition 327 Scientists, 2011b).
