Figure F46. Distribution of veins, Hole U1372A. Veins are dominantly hosted in hard lava flows, with relatively few occurrences in porous volcaniclastic rocks. Veins that do occur in volcaniclastic rocks are found either close to unit boundaries or in thin lava layers/cobbles in the volcaniclastic units.
