Schedule for Expedition 323

Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (IODP) Expedition 323 is based on IODP drilling proposal number 477-Full4 (available at iodp.tamu.edu/scienceops/expeditions/bering_sea.html). Following ranking by the IODP Scientific Advisory Structure, the expedition was scheduled for the research vessel JOIDES Resolution, operating under contract with the U.S. Implementing Organization (USIO). The expedition is scheduled to start in Victoria, Canada, on 5 July 2009 and to end in Yokohama, Japan, on 4 September 2009. A total of 56 days will be available for the drilling, coring, and downhole measurements described in this report (for the current detailed schedule, see iodp.tamu.edu/scienceops/.
